1. The interviewer met with him in his home
2. He read quotes of other people from the Mitchell Report.. not himself. Repeatedly said "from the Mitchell report, QUOTE"
3. Gave the opportunity for Mitchell to respond.
4. Questions the creditability of the source.. (fishing)
5. Does not pass his own judgements
